A big Shout Out and copious amounts of GRATITUDE go out to the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation for awarding BACGD a Capacity Building Grant. With this grant, BACGD has retained the services of Solutions for Changemakers, a consulting business that helps nonprofit organizations strengthen their strategic, fundraising, and governance capabilities. Josh Kilgas, the founder and CEO of Solutions for Changemakers, and JD Gildemeister, Operations Consultant, will work with leadership of BACGD through much of 2025 to create an organizational strategic plan, strengthen our organizational structures, and lay the foundation for an fiscal plan that will help sustain BACGD and its work well into the future.
